Law Enforcement Inquiry to Political Campaign

When a significant campaign committee was served with law enforcement inquiries, counsel for the campaign committee retained Axium to review and analyze categories of campaign expenditures. We conducted a multi-year forensic accounting review of the campaign’s expenditures and pertinent supporting documentation, including bank statements, check copies, and transaction receipts. We also participated in interviews of campaign personnel. Our procedures allowed counsel to engage in discussions with the government with an informed perspective.
