Contractual Dispute and Allegations of Misconduct

In a contractual dispute between two companies, Axium was retained by counsel to investigate allegations that the opposing party had instructed its employees to engage in intentional misconduct which violated its contractual obligations. Axium identified and located numerous former employees of the opposing party and conducted interviews of them. The critical information gained from the former employees was instrumental in charting the course of the litigation.
